Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier conditions, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be applied automatically.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 US states. P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BeyondPeps is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier. For packages lost in transit, contact us at support@beyondpeps.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BeyondPeps is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@beyondpeps.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
