Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products — syringes, pen systems, cartridges, vial cases, and related research supplies — all sales are final. We do not accept returns.

No Returns Policy

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products once they have left our facility. This applies to all items including pen systems, syringes, cartridges, pen tips, vial cases, and reconstitution supplies, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.

We take great care to inspect and pack every order accurately before shipment. If something doesn't seem right with your order, please reach out to us — we want to make it right.

Defective V-2 Pen — The Only Exception

The sole exception to our no-return policy applies to the V-2 Pen. If your V-2 Pen arrives in a defective condition — meaning the defect is the result of a manufacturing issue and is present upon first receipt — we will replace it at no charge.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The defect must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date
  • You must provide photos or a short video clearly showing the defect
  • The pen must not have been used, modified, or damaged after receipt

Normal wear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from misuse do not qualify. Contact us at support@beyondpeps.com and we will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days.

If you received the wrong item, your order was incomplete, or something else went wrong on our end, please email us at support@beyondpeps.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We stand behind every order we ship and we will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Shipping Insurance

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

All orders shipped via UPS include carrier coverage of up to 00 at no additional cost to you.

For orders over 00, we offer optional shipping insurance to cover the full value of your shipment against loss, damage in transit, or theft. This option will be available at checkout. We strongly recommend adding insurance for higher-value orders.

If your insured shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen, contact us at support@beyondpeps.com and we will file the claim and coordinate a resolution on your behalf.

Coaching Session Cancellations

  • Free consultations may be cancelled at any time with no penalty
  • Paid session cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable
