Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@beyondpeps.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
